My mission is to provide a balanced programme of classes to help you feel better and enjoy life more.
The programme includes the well known and loved strength-focused PILATES and a 'fexibility and strength' focused FITNESS YOGA session. There are also STRETCH classes whch you can combine with another class or do individually.
You don't have to have done any of these before so please don't be put off!! All classes are 'multi-level' and adapted to make it and achievable challenge for everyone individually. Come along and have a go!
